This policy applies even if you close a previous account — you may not open a new account to circumvent restrictions or reset promotional eligibility.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, your account must meet the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal processing times are under 24 hours for verified accounts in good standing. VIP members enjoy expedited processing (6-12 hours for Gold tier, 3 hours for Platinum, under 1 hour for Diamond tier). tiki4d does not charge fees for most withdrawal methods. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your account status and verification level. Standard accounts typically have daily limits of Rp 50,000,000, weekly limits of Rp 200,000,000, and monthly limits of Rp 500,000,000. Higher limits are available for VIP members.
tiki4d is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. All funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for deposit unless that method is no longer available, in which case alternative arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
tiki4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, also known as turnover or playthrough requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 20,000,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.

All bets placed on tiki4d are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before submission. We are not liable for errors in bet placement resulting from user mistakes, including but not limited to incorrect stake amounts, wrong selections, or duplicate bets. In the event of obvious technical errors or incorrect odds displayed, we reserve the right to void affected bets.
For sports betting markets, the following rules apply:
All casino games on tiki4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment (cards, dice, wheels). Game rules, paytables, and RTP percentages are available within each game's information section. In cases of game malfunction or software error, all affected bets and payouts are void.
If your connection is lost during gameplay, any completed game rounds stand as played. For incomplete rounds (e.g., a slot spin that was initiated but not completed), the round will be resolved automatically by the game server and the result recorded in your game history. For live casino games, if you disconnect during active play, standard house rules apply (e.g., in blackjack, your hand stands; in roulette, your bets remain active).
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

We are not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical issues, server maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events). Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
tiki4d is not liable for any errors in odds, results, or game outcomes resulting from human error, software malfunction, or data feed failures. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors and void bets or game rounds affected by such errors. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect crediting or debiting of your account, we reserve the right to make corrective adjustments.
tiki4d uses third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. We are not responsible for failures, errors, or breaches caused by these third parties. Your use of third-party services through our Platform (such as payment processing) is subject to those providers' own terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. tiki4d is an entertainment platform, and there is no guarantee of winning. You gamble at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any financial losses you incur through use of our services. In no event shall tiki4d's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, and other legal theories.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals until the suspension is lifted. If your account is terminated for breach of Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance.
If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will be unable to access Platform services. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened, and you may not create a new account without our explicit permission. If you have outstanding wagering requirements or bonus terms, you must forfeit those bonuses before closure.
Accounts with no login or betting activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We reserve the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) on inactive accounts to cover administrative costs. Inactivity fees will cease once the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. While tiki4d serves Indonesian players and provides localized services, users acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of tiki4d services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration before litigation. Any arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any disputes with tiki4d will be resolved on an individual basis and that you will not participate in or seek to certify any class action, collective action, or representative action against us.
